QUALITY POLICY

It is the company’s policy to establish and maintain high quality standards in the services provided so that the needs and expectations of its customers are met. The company is committed to complying with the specifications of the services it has and which are made known to all interested parties. Specifically, THESIS S.A. Policy aims to:

  • To continuously improve the Quality of the services offered and its procedures
  • Respond immediately to any customer problem and take seriously any customer complaints or observations, so that they form the axis for improvement in the company’s Quality-related functions
  • To monitor the developments of its sector, in order to offer continuously upgraded services
  • To offer services that fully comply with the defined requirements, as these are determined through its relationships with customers, while offering a good financial result for the company itself
  • To always comply with the current legislation and the specifications regarding THESIS SA products
  • To encourage employees in their active and creative participation with the aim of continuous improvement of Quality and to help them in their personal improvement, through their training and motivation. Also to encourage the improvement of communication, team spirit and efficient cooperation between the various departments of the company

In order to achieve these goals, THESIS S.A. has established and implements a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and is committed to:

  • review and improve it continuously, setting quality targets which evaluates periodically
  • provide the required human, material and financial resources for the effective and efficient implementation of the quality system
  • invest in the education and training of the staff on the issues that concerns them and their partners
  • constantly inform the company’s staff and partners and communicate to them the quality policy and objectives of THESIS SA.
  • determine criteria for the evaluation of the critical parameters of the processes, in order to achieve the objectives and goals of quality.
