With a view to providing flexible and as well-tailored services to its clients as possible, it has created an Open Line Support Service for Accounting & Tax matters of a current nature under the brand name “@onTHESIS”. The “@onTHESIS” Hotline Service is offered in a package of 10 hours per month and is a complementary High Value Consulting Service for Businesses that already have an organized Accounting and Financial Management administrative Unit.
The “@onTHESIS” Hotline Service includes both telephone or video conference contact time as well as a written response to the Issues to be considered. Recipients of the “@onTHESIS” Service are Management and Financial Management Executives, who take relevant decisions.
The basic elements of organization and pricing of the “@onTHESIS” Hotline Service are briefly as follows:
- All Requests are registered in communication with the an Executive of THESIS S.A.
- A Written Answer is given to all Questions
- 10 scheduled hours of engagement per month
- 2 hours of communication (telephone or video conference) - 8 hours of work to prepare a written response
- Additional engagement Time when Required, whenever required
- Every Month the work package of 10 Hours is invoiced, with an hourly fee that will be agreed with you.
- Each Calendar Semester is subject to settlement of fees based on actual engagement time
